Refund and Return Policy

1. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND RISKS

1.1 Rwajewels.com ships to Italy, Europe and all over the world via GLS courier; to track your shipment go to the website www.GLS-ITALY.com and enter the tracking number in the appropriate form. 1.2 Delivery times are to be understood as indicative. The Seller will undertake to respect dates and/or timing, sending the products within established limits, but will not be held responsible for any delays not attributable to it. 1.3 Delivery is estimated at a minimum of 3 (five) days to a maximum of 25 (twenty-five) working days. If the product is not immediately available, the restocking and delivery times will be indicated. 1.4 The Seller reserves the right to charge the customer for any additional costs due to changes made to the delivery address not communicated promptly. 1.5 If the Customer refuses (or does not receive the products for reasons attributable to his will) to deliver the product, in accordance with the provisions of these general conditions of sale, all risks associated with the loss or damage to the products will in any case be borne by him. In this case the Seller may: 1. Withhold the payment made and store the products at the expense and full risk of the Customer; 2. Request payment of all costs of storage and warehousing of the products and any other additional expense incurred due to the refusal or inability to receive the delivery; 3. In any case, cancel the order and dispose of the products at his sole discretion, without prejudice to his right to seek compensation from the Customer for damages caused by him, with the payment of charges and expenses. 1.6 The risk associated with the loss or damage of the products, once they have come into his possession, will be borne by the Customer.

2. RECEIPT OF PRODUCTS

2.1 It will be the Customer's responsibility and care to check the products upon delivery. 2.2 Any defects must be reported, via email, at the same time as delivery and checking of the product/s, and in any case, under penalty of forfeiture, no later than 10 (ten) days after discovery. The Customer's unreserved acceptance of the products extinguishes all liability for any defects or damages that may be present. 2.3 After checking for any defect attributable to him and the actual ownership of the same, if such checks have a positive outcome, the Seller undertakes to guarantee, at the Customer's discretion, the sending of an equivalent non-defective product or the refund of the price of the product that is actually found to be defective. 2.4 In any case, the carrier's responsibilities for damage, breakdown or loss of the products, or part of them, during transport, from the moment of collection until delivery to the Customer, remain unchanged.

3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

3.1 The right of withdrawal must be exercised within 10 (ten) days of receiving the goods, by registered letter with return receipt, to the Registered Office: Roberta Albini, Via Del Rile 22, Somma Lombardo, 21019 (VA) Italy. For any doubts, write an email to: info@rwajewels.com 3.2 The Customer who exercises the right of withdrawal has the right to a refund of the price of the product, without penalty, excluding shipping costs which remain at his expense. 3.3 It is understood that, if he avails himself of the aforementioned right of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product/s intact, intact and in perfect condition and must respect all necessary precautions to preserve the product in his possession and store it at his expense in its original packaging, sending it to the seller within the address indicated in these general conditions within 10 (ten) days of exercising the right of withdrawal, ensuring correct delivery of the same. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal will not apply and the Seller will retain all rights to compensation for damages. 3.4 The refund of the price of the product will be made within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which the goods arrive intact and in perfect condition at the Seller's premises. 3.5 The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following case: 1. In relation to products that are returned damaged, for reasons attributable to the Customer as amended by Legislative Decree 69/2012.
