Sold Out Products
In case the products are out of stock they will be marked as Sold Out on the site: they will be available again as soon as they are back in production in the laboratory (1/2 months maximum)
Delivery times
Product delivery times vary depending on the shipping option chosen at the time of purchase: For FREE shipping, delivery times are between 4 and 5 working days. For “Fast Delivery” shipping, they are between 2 and 3 working days. Attention: for shipments to the islands, these times may be extended by 1 or 2 working days.
Order Tracking
To track your package, we invite you to use the tracking code provided by GLS via email, by entering it directly on the GLS Italia website. The tracking code generally becomes active after 24 working hours from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

Payment Methods
Rwa Jewels accepts payments via Paypal and all credit cards belonging to the Visa and MasterCard circuits; bank transfers are accepted but not cash on delivery.
Shipping Abroad
Rwa Jewels ships worldwide using couriers: UPS & DHL. Shipping times in Europe are approximately one week, while worldwide 15 days maximum.
