DEFINITIONS

General terms and conditions of sale: shall mean these general terms and conditions of sale; E-commerce/site: shall mean the platform www.rwajewels.com through which the service is offered; Seller: "Rwa jewels" - in the person of Albini Roberta, with registered office in Via Del Rile 22, 21019 Somma Lombardo (VA), P.iva 03453820122; Product(s): bijoux designed by the seller; Buyer/end consumer/You/Your: any person understood as the end user of the product/s as defined under D. Lgs: 206/2005; Service: online sale of jewelry made by the Seller.

1. PARTIES TO THE CONTRACT

1.1 The website www.rwajewels.com for the sale of products via the Internet is operated directly by the Seller who is a party to the contract with the Buyer.

2. SCOPE OF APPLICATION.

2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to purchasers who fall under the definition of "consumers", as defined in Legislative Decree 206/2005, who make purchases through the e-commerce www.rwajewels.com and allocate the purchased product(s) exclusively for private use. 2.2 By placing a purchase order, the Buyer declares that he/she has carefully read and accepts all of these general terms and conditions of sale and requests that the Seller proceed with their execution.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

3.1 The contract of sale between Seller and Buyer shall be concluded according to the formula of Law "proposal (of Buyer)/acceptance (of Seller)".

5. PRINCIPAL'S STATEMENT

5.1 The Principal represents that he/she is of legal age and possesses the legal capacity necessary to enter into a contract having the force of Law between the Parties and that the information provided at the time the order is placed is true, current, accurate, and sufficient to process the order.

6. RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES

6.1 The Seller shall not be liable for any injury to the intellectual property rights, copyright, registered design, trademark or other right of third parties, caused by the Buyer.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 All product descriptions, illustrations, depictions, details, dimensions, and any other information available on the site are to be understood as general illustrations of the products and do not in any way represent a warranty or representation that the products conform to them.

8. COMMUNICATIONS

8.1 All Communications, if properly sent to the Registered Office above or to the email address info@rwajewels.it, shall be deemed received: 1. at the time of receipt of the registered letter with return receipt; 2. at the time and date of confirmation of receipt and opening of the e-mail by the recipient.

9. APPLICABLE LAW

9.1 These general conditions of sale are governed by Legislative Decree 206/2005 on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts and by Legislative Decree 9.4.2003, n. 70, (formerly Legislative Decree n. 185/1999) in implementation of the European Directive on Electronic Commerce n. 2001/31/EC, together with any other applicable laws and regulations, the "Applicable Law".

10. JURISDICTION

10.1 As defined in Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the Court of Milan has jurisdiction.
